A little VBA help

I'm not the greatest at writing code. I usually just record simple macros. However I am trying to write a macro to take the last 7 rows from one spreadsheet that changes everyday, and export them to another spreadsheet. I'm trying to make some nice weekly production tables and charts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
