Abaqus job not running?

I have 47 license available out of 75. and I have used 32 threads to run the analysis, which requires 21 license only. Once the job is submitted it is not running, but its showing till submitted. Do I need anything else to start it running?

Do you get any error messages ? Did you try with a lower number of CPUs ?

@FEA No error is showing up.The log file is still checking for licence.Tried with 2 also,but didn't work

Then it might be a problem with a connection to the license server, not with missing tokens.

How do we check the same?. The license is floating license. The same is installed in server and i am accessing it through local workstation

You can try to ping the license server. Also, you might have some background jobs still running, which may reduce the available tokens. Check the task manager and If I remember correctly it is SMAstamain. If this is consuming CPU and/or memory without you running the job you might have some background jobs still running.

Another option is to run "abaqus licensing ru" in cmd to check available tokens.

also try the command "abaqus licensing dslsstat -usage" in the command prompt/terminal emulator.

The issue resolved.It was license issue
