ABAQUS subroutine error, df.exe not found in PATH

Hello,

Can anyone inform me what the remedy is to the ABAQUS error during subroutine compilation...df.exe not found in PATH. I am using ABAQUS v6.4 and Compaq Visual Fortran v6.0.

Hi,
Have you tried the Abaqus forum, their hotline or the Status Report Search for bugs (on their website)? Alternatively, maybe search your drive for df.exe and copy it to where you're running... Also, LOADS of 6.4 bugs seem to be fixed in 6.5.

The problem is that the fortran compiler (df.exe) could not be found. What you need to do is to add the path to the fortran compiler directory into your default system path definition.
