ABAQUS : Visualise only one Load Case

Hello,

I have a problem to visualise one load case at a time.
I have two load case with the same type of force applied at two different points of my plate. After submitting my job I get the overall result and when I click on Animate, the frame is running for the two Load Case. I would like to select only one.

Use the animation type 'Scale Factor' or deactivate the unwanted steps or frames. Result -> Active Step/Frame

thanks a lot but I have a lot of increments and to do it by hand will be very long. There is not a button where I can desactivate LoadCase-n for example?
