hello, friend's. I have been looking for information and subtle details about centrifugal pumps used in oil and gas produced water injection/ flooding process like BB -3,4,5 pumps. anything from alignment to clearance between parts or mechanical seals used and is lube circulation plan API etc, any thing related to those pumps will likely to help me for education purpose only.. Thank you

understood brother, i'm looking for a maintenance procedures of those pumps preventive to breakdown (complete overhauling). their are videos but that lack precise details like clearance and other some...if i could get some of those procedures it'll do so good..

I don't have any preventative maintenance data or manuals from that project. However I did a search on the internet for:

installation operation manual HPcp barrel casing pump type BB5

There is a lot of links and references that come up. I have even found the Goulds Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual for this type of pump attached.
