Hello all!

I write this post because I've been looking for an answer on the internet for almost two weeks and I've not been able to find anything. The info I'm looking for is the stress-strain data of the plastic ABS. I need this information in order to make a non-linear analysis by ABAQUS.
I'd be also interested in the same data about an aluminium/steel but I should be seeking wrong because I just find the curve, but I need the tabulated data.

Thanks in advance!

You can get tabulated data from the curve with free graphical digitizing shareware. I use Engauge. It works OK.

Just be aware that there is no actual "plastic" called ABS.
It is a mixture of three polymers, the ratio of these is varied extensively to get different properties (e.g. High gloss, high heat, toughness, etc)
There must be a gazillion different grades of it made by a gazillion manufacturers. Just a thought...

It's ok to soar like an eagle, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Thank you! I thought about that solution but I didn't know any program of that kind.

I'm not a material specialist so the ABS for me is a plastic hahaha.
I know there is a wide variety of ABS with different properties, but I meant a generic ABS plastic, I don't need the data of a specific one.

Pud is absolutely right. I used to work on that plastic during my BASF days. For a general grade look up GP22 from Styrolution, you should be able to find it on
