adding fillets in profile

Whilst in sketch mode I have been told that when you are using the profile command you can add fillets to the profile without coming out of the command. How is this done?

First select profile command.
Now draw straight line.

Now click end point of line with left mouse button and release

Now when you move mouse you will see tangent curve to line.

clicking the end point is a method I never heard of - thanks Nev!

I normally hold the right-button down while I move the cursor off the last end point, and that makes an arc.

Or just click on the Line, Tangent Arc, or 3-Point Arc icon in the Sketch toobar.
