ADDING PROPERTY TO SOURCE FIELD

Hey all. I was wondering if there was a way to add another option to the source field (pull down) in the properties of a CatPart.
We have Unknown/Made/Bought, but I want to add another I am having a problem finding it.
Any help would be great.
