I have a client specification, and project has high temperature equipment 670 Deg C in which outer ring and inner ring for gasket is required. Datasheet says "The contractor shall verify
the adequacy of all gaskets considering potential buckling of the outer centering or inner ring(s) and the windings. "
Kindly clarify is the data sheet pointing to perform some buckling (FEA) calculation for gaskets ?

This is not a trivial exercise, since you are well above what I would consider the maximum permitted temperature for most gaskets. You should consider isolating the joint from such extreme temperature.

Some data sheets might suggest you can get facing materials that are suitable for this temperature but I think you would struggle to find any suitable test data. Gasket relaxation would be excessive. Bolt material selection would also be important, since you will experience high creep over short duration for most material types.

I would recommend consulting a specialist to redesign this joint configuration.
 
A temperature of 670C (1238F)is very high and only a few exotic, specialty gasket materials are suitable in a spiral wound configuration

The RAMGASKET people state:

Once you have reached a continuous upper temperature of approximately +500⁰C the flexible aspect of a gasket is compromised. The use of metals and compressible graphite are then used to create a seal using materials such as graphite sheeting (graphite can be used up to 800⁰C in a non-oxidising atmosphere) or spiral wound gaskets and ring type joints.
Selecting the right gasket material is critical for a reliable joint and effective operation.

At temperatures this high I would advise client to avoid any gasket that requires an inner ring (e.g. spiral-wound gaskets). A Kammpro style gasket without an inner ring & using high-temp mica covering (instead of graphite) would likely be a much better option
 
And the design pressure is?
