Hi,

I am currently preparing a drawing for a supplier's LRU. This LRU is electrically bonded to the aircraft with a bonding jumper. I need to call out a referenced specification on the drawing which outlines the bonding jumper installation stack up. (screw, washer, nut). Does anyone know which Mil Spec I can reference? Thank you.

You might want to consider specifying "ARP1870 Aerospace Systems Electrical Bonding and Grounding for Electromagnetic Compatibility and Safety". This doc has a lot of clear/concise illustrations/text RE proper bonding/grounding menthods.

There are other documents that are more appropriate when bonding/grounding the fuel system [soft/hard tanks, integral fuel-wet structure, piping, hoses, pumps, sensors, etc].
