is it possible to integrate the blue edge technology recently used in stealth helicopters for noise reduction in turboprops and turbofans and will that have any effect? your views will be highly appreciated

The blue edge active rotor blade control technology developed by Eurocopter would not be of much benefit to turboprop or turbofan engines. The reason is that the blue edge technology is designed to reduce the acoustic signature of a rotor blade operating edge-wise relative to airflow, which is much different than the airflow across a turboprop or turbofan blade.
