AMS-4777 Nickel Alloy

Does anyone know if AMS-4777 Nickel Alloy is compatible with a 35% peroxide solution? I have been searching but cannot find a definitive answer.
I plan on using this material in a furnace brazed assembly of several pieces of 316 stainless steel. 316 is good with peroxide so I need to verify the filler material is acceptable.

Since it is a NiCr alloy it is safe to say that if you consider 316 OK, then this will be also.
Peroxide compatibility is a huge issue, and there is no standard test.

Thanks for the input. My feeling was that what makes 316 preferential to 304 was the higher nickel content, then this material should be fine. However, now I need to find out if it is FDA approved for food contact.

Good luck with that. The FDA has no such list, you need to look into standards that deal with food equipment, such as 3A, EHDG, but start with NSF.
