THE DRAWING IS RIDUCULOUS FOR ALL THE AREAS INVOLVED TO CONSIDER

HAS ANY OF THIS CHANGED WITH THE 2015 VIIID1 EDITION?

ADDING A SCH 40 4" SA106GRB NOZZLE SET FLUSH WITH THE I.D OF THE VESSEL.
VESSEL IS .365" WALL THICKNESS - STILL SA106GRB MATERIAL

STRESS VALUE 20K?

No, it is basic and has been in the code for years.
 
Nope, not 20K for SA-106B, more like 17.1 up to around 650 F.

How 'bout you get a mechanical engineer to perform the mechanical engineering evaluations? Better yet, one with the experience and judgment required in order to meet the intent of the Code. You have read the Foreword, right?
