Oh duhhh....

Yep: 4.5" thick 3-ring binder [~7--8#, ~80% full], last updated in 1979... never run thru scanner [what a pain that would be].

Includes mini-DM + lessons-learned + extracts from older DM [most are 2-sided pages; some 1-sided pages]
