APCS-001 and APCS-002

Hi All,

Have anyone heard the terms before, APCS? I believe it means "Approved Protective Coating System"

Check google but it did not have any related information, same goes to the website like IHS.

Anyone have information on this coating term?

Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard SAES-H-101 - Approved Protective Coating Systems For Industrial Plant & Equipment. At least it was called that in 2005.

Yes it is Saudi Aramco approved coating systems. That ranges from APCS 1, 1A, 1B , 2A .. upto 26T
Different kind of applications, different paint systems. Still the most reliable paint specs in GCC
