API 598 & ANSI/F70-2 individual certification

Hello!

I have a colleague (non-engineer) who needs to get individual certification on the valve seat leakage codes API 598 and ANSI/F70-2.

I would REALLY appreciate if anyone knows where you can obtain this training - I've looked all over the web with no luck. We are based just outside of Toronto.

as far as I can read, there are no explicit requirements about Personnel training and qualification within the two mentioned standards.

I'd suggest to refer to Leak Testing Operators' qualification requirements in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A, EN 473 and/or ISO 9712 standards.
