Appearance Gallery Black Boxes

I can no longer see the colored spheres in the appearance gallery when selecting the color of a part or feature. I've attached an image of what it looks like. It definitely makes it difficult to assign colors! Does anyone know how to fix this? I haven't changed anything on my graphics card or is this a setting in ProE?

I would restart Pro/E and if that doesn't work, reboot. That's what IT always tells me!

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.

Tried that a number of times, unsuccessfully (including the usual ProE crashes) and then updated my video card driver. That did the trick.

Hi Guys,

Just spoken with my PTC supplier. Manage to solve the same issue as you. You have to change the config.pro
1. Go to File>Options>Configuration Editors
2. Go to color_windows
3. If the value is one_window, change it to all_windows
4. Click ok and save to your current config.pro
