Hi!
I'm a new user of UGS NX!
I'm using NX 6 and I couldn't apply a mirror constraint manually in the sketcher environment.
I can do this via CATIA, at first I select for example two vertical lines and the Y axis, then apply mirror constraint.
Please tell me how to do this in NX.
Thanks in advance...

What you do is from inside the sketcher task first select the 'Mirror Curve' icon and then follow the steps; first you select the axis/plane of the mirror and then you select all of the curves that you wish to mirror and then hit OK. It's best to complete as much of the constraints as possible with the original curves as that way after you mirror them, you won't have to add any additional constraints to the mirrored curves.

Thank you.
How can I make two parallel vertical lines symmetrical towards the Y axis in XC-YC Plane?

You don't. You create one line and THEN create it's mirrored copy. Notice that the function is NOT called 'Mirror Constraint' but rather 'Mirror Curve' since it CREATES a 'mirrored' copy of the original curve(s) as well as assign the mirror constraint. That's the way it has always worked (11+ years).

OK. Now I see.
Thank you very much.
There might be some other questions, so I'll ask them too. :)
Good luck...
