I have a question for arc-resistant switchgear manufacturers. Does an arc-resistant switchgear need to be replaced if an internal fault happens inside, or can it be repaired and returned to service?
Considering there is no way ( without testing ) of certifying the suitability of the switchgear as arc-resistant after an internal fault happened.
