AS1170.2:2011 Amdt 4

I noticed there was another amendment (#4) to AS1170.2:2011 made in August 2016.

However, the notes regarding what has changed since Amdt 3 haven't changed.

Can anybody shed light on what the changes were in Amdt 4?

I have not yet reviewed these clauses in detail, but there seem to be a lot of changes to the internal pressures.
