ASME Sec.9 QW-423 Clarification regarding unasssigned to any pnumber 1

I recently saw a WQT qualified with unassigned to p43 and extend their range of qualification as unassigned to P1 to 15f, 34, 41 to 49.,

As per the table given in QW-423.1 , I understand than any unassigned to any p number qualifies for same p number only, and in this case limited to p43 only.

Your valuable insight regarding the range qualified is welcome
