ASME VIII-1 Appendix A, paragraph A-1(e)(3)(b) - Interface Pressure

Hey everyone,

Could anyone recommend any literature that discusses calculation of tube-tubesheet interface pressure?

Specifically I am looking at ASME VIII-1 Appendix A, paragraph A-1(e)(3)(b).

I am looking for something that describes the calculation methods for determining interface pressure during rolling, and for the thermal expansion discussed.

Any help is appreciated.
