Hi,
Use a Connect relationship between the first extremity vertex of your edge to the target plane (V20 SP7 helps because vertexes regained higher priority). Then connect the other extremity vertex to the same plane.
You can also draw a sketch on the plane and use the Axial align relationship between the sketch segment and the edge.
