Since I decided to use Python, I'm having the next problem now:

I'm havind to parts, that I want to be lying one above the other. How can I input it a Python skript? Is there some het-command that would give me out the center-coordinates of a cube face? Or can I somehow position a reference point on each of the faces and say that I want these two faces to overlap in these points?

Please help!

Since you have decided to use ABAQUS Scripting Interface, then...
an excelent starting point, in my opinion, would be ABAQUS Scripting User's Manual. This manual will provide the most information you probably need to know for the beginning. Besides, it is quite small (~about 300 pages, not all about Python) and has very helpful tutorials and examples.

The short answer is yes, there are a lot of geometry queries available for entities such as faces. You can use these queries to return various positions, sizes etc. Check the examples in the documentation. Customers with support can also access the Process Automation Portal (check out My ABAQUS for a link)

But your *best* option for now, since you are just getting started, is to perform the various operations in the interactive GUI (i.e. ABAQUS/CAE) and then examine the abaqus.rpy file to see the commands that were produced. "Cut and paste" is your friend...
