Is there any body to know the mechanical and chemical composition of material ASTM A212-Gr.B that has been replaced with A515? And which garde of A515 is equal to A212-Gr.B?

SHG-

SA212-B properties from the 1962 edition of ASME VIII (trick question: the '62 ed. of Div 1 or Div 2?):

Nominal composition: C-Si
P number 1
Min Tensile 70,000 psi
Allow stress -20 to 650°F: 17,500 psi
Allow stress at 1000°F (max listed temp): 2,500 psi
(several intermediate temperature / stress values also listed)

SA515-70 has the same nominal composition, min tensile, and allowable stress at 1000°F. I'd tend to use SA516-70 (C-Mn-Si) though, instead of SA515. I'm just more familiar with it.

Thanks jte your information was so useful for me.

A-516 has finer grain, better for lower temp./Charpy's, ["for moderate & low-temp. service"] same strength levels as A-515 ["for intermediate & high-temp. service"]

Is it right that say both of them are the same only in toughness properties in low temp servive that it is advantage of A516.

Is it right that say both of them are the same in high temp service and the diference is only in toughness properties in low temp service that it is advantage of A516.
