AutoSprink - Pan Problem

Hello,

Im having a problem with my autosprink software.

I cannot use "shift-middle mouse" to pan. There is also a logo at the bottem right and it seems the drawing space is lock
See pic attached)

the mepcad forum board hasnt yet approved my request to join their forum, i really need to finish something immediately,

does anyone know how to fix this? thank you ni advance.
