Benchmark results Help!!!!

I need to put together some benchmark results to justify to upper management to increase the size and preformace of our computers. I am very familer with high end hardware but I am having alittle problem convinceing poeple the difference it can make. Our current config is C2D 6300, 2gig ram, and a FX540, with WD800JD hard drive. Some of our assemblies are 700-1500 parts and sometimes larger. So if i can find some benchmark results to compare and show a difference would be helpful. Also I remember awhile back they had a simple test with the ship in a bottle, is that still around?
