You look at the pump curve - typical below

and the speed R.P.M at this point?
The speed is fixed.
If speed varies then the pump curve varies so for each speed, the BEP will be at a different point

The BEP is a characteristic of the particular pump. You obtain that information from the pump manufacturer.
