Hey guys, trying to find the most accurate way to locate and repair voids/missing faces in a solid body as a result of really poor model/CAD data. What you see below is a solid and not a sheet. I end up having to create sheet bodies to patch solid body.

Start with the "examine geometry" command. Turn on all the body and face checks, then window select around the entire model and press the examine geometry button. This should report many of the errors as shown above. If you are working with imported geometry (dumb bodies), you might want to try the "heal geometry" and the "optimize face" commands; they can repair small errors and mismatches in the translated geometry.
