Body Taper/Draft 1

Hello All

I've been eperimenting with body taper and draft, but I seem to missing something. The attached file is a block which I want to add some taper to in both directions using the sheet in the middle as the parting line. I have yet to figure out though how to do it. Please could someone give me a few pointers. Many thanks in advance

If it can't be fixed with a hammer, then it must be an electrical fault...

You're going to have problems with the blends and the vertical segment of your parting 'surface'. I've adjusted the angle of the segment and removed the blends to get the result as seen in the attached model. Take a look at what I've done and I think you will see why these are the types of model intended for this type of operation.

i dont think, that blends will be a problem. But the vertical segment is. See the attached file.
