I just saw this video on YouTube. According to Wikipedia, the bridge was temporarily closed after two not very clearly marked, overweight tour buses crossed it.

Hmm... Bridge survives after two overweight vehicles cross successfully? Closed for "inspection", not "repair"? Looks like an "Engineering success" rather than "Failure/Disaster"!
