CA PE Survey exam material

Hello everyone,

I am giving my CA PE exam this January and wanted to ask for any reference material that anyone could suggest for the exam. So far, I have gone through the following

1. Mansour
2. Quomo

I have tried to go through the lessons and practice the example and exercise problems in both the books. Do you think the problems in those books are representative of the actual exam?

Also, I have heard PPI materials are useful as well for the surveying

If anyone has a copy of those materials, can you please share them with me. That will be very helpful

Check out the Caltrans LS/LSIT Prep Videos, they are on Youtube. For practice take the NCEES fundamentals of surveying exam and the PLS one. Learning more than the minimum to pass an exam is a noble pursuit.

The California civil land surveyor exam years ago mainly just tested horizontal curves (circles), vertical curves (parabolas), and basic geometry (triangles). It is astounding how many "civil engineers" struggled with the basics.
