i am working on hydro turbine materials . i have a simple question is f6nm better than ca6nm in corrosion and erosive wear resistance

They are essentially the same, so if they are in an equivalent heat treatment condition you should not see a measurable difference in performance.
Are you considering this material as an insert to repair trailing edge fatigue cracking?

The only thing you amy notice is a lower toughness on the CA6NM as it is a cast steel. The Forged version F6NM will give you better impact resistance, due to the wrought nature of the structure.

There should be little difference (assuming a sound casting). The wrought structure is destroyed by heat treatment, which determines the properties.
