Cache mode

Hi,when i open a catproduct, Catia give me the following message:
"Avertissement Test de session Lecture du fichier \\?\C:\Documents and Settings\Cache\xxxx.cgr impossible. Accès refusé"
or
"Avertissement Test de session Lecture du fichier \\?\C:\Documents and Settings\Cache\xxxx.cgr impossible. erreur de version."
I work with cache mode. So Catia can't create cgr and the mistake part doesn't appear on screen but if i load it in conception mode , it appear. I think it is a CGR problem but I can't solve it.

It sounds like you do not have write access to that cgr for it to be updated or that .cgr file was created in a newer version of Catia and you are trying to access it now in an older version.

I don't try to open a cgr file but a catproduct :
When you work with the cache management ( tools-->Option-->Product Structure-->Cache management-->"Work with cache system"), Catia creates automatically a cgr files for all the part of the catproduct. All cgr files are save in a file.It is lighter. It isn't me who create this cgr files.
When you want to work in a part in specially, catia load it in "Design mode".



My problem is : when catia try to open a catproduct with this option, it writes me these messages of error. So some parts doesn't appear and I must to active the design mode to see them.

Clear the catcahe and cattemp, like Dbezaire says it's probably a version missmatch. Do you have other versions of catia installed? or do you have a pdm system and use local cache? Clearing the cache and temp will render Catia creating new cgr when loading the assembly.

I work with the R16 and R19 is installed too but I create seprate files for the cache and temp file for each with the environnement editor and I clear the cahe and temp file of R16 before to load the catproduct. Unfortunately there is the same problem.
