Can anybody identify this 2x4 stamp for me?

I know nothing about Canadian lumber grades, but take a look at page 8 of this document. Looks like 24 is the code for the mill, S is the first letter in S-P-F that was either rubbed off or not properly stamped, and you're either missing the grade or that's a 1 out there as part of No. 1.
 
Good thing it's in compression.

Rather than think climate change and the corona virus as science, think of it as the wrath of God. Feel any better?

I am not sure what the 24 S means. It does not conform to the standard below.

I believe ILMA is the grading authority, but don't know what it stands for. 24 may be the certification number and S means S-P-F
