Can anybody please flip through their ASME B16.11 and tell me what operating pressure an A105-N class 3000 forged socket weld fitting is good for at room temperature?

From TC piping catalogue 2001, page 451 which references ASME B16.11:1966 for carbon steel ASTM A 105 Class 3000
-20 to 38'C (-20 to 100'F) = 206.9 bar (3000 psi)

I don't believe separate rating tables for material construction are in B16.11. The ratings for fittings are based on the staight seamless pipe made from the same material. A class 3000 fitting is equated to the schedule 80 pipe fitting. As long as your piping is an equivalent material and schedule 80 or smaller, then your piping will be the limiting component.
