Is this a challenge question or a real problem you have to solve with extremely limited resources?

If it's a challenge, it will depend on the timer in question. The term "timer" is far to vague to be of use in this discussion. For example, if you have what is called a "Repeat Cycle" timer, no problem at all. Even if you have a plain old On-Delay timer, you can do it with other relays for logic.

If this is a real application, forgo the timer and do t with a Programmable Relay. They cost about the same as many sophisticated timers and can do so much more.
