Cannot Add Body in V5r13

Hi All
When trying to add a body to the part body I am getting an error as follows "Impossible Computation: Tangent or small elements lead to bad quality intersections(see highlighted edge)

I can not seem to find anything wrong with my surfaces.
I give up.
Anyone got any ideas.

Not sure why it would be doing it but a cheat work around would be create the new body on a fresh part and copy it accross, might cure the problem.
