Cannot Open Large IGS

Hello,

I recently received a rather large .igs (874 mb) but when I try to open or import it into NX (I am using NX6 unfortunately) I get an error. The error given is in a picture attached and all of the info from the log file created is copied below. Anyone come across something like this before? I have searched for quite some time but have come to no avail. Appreciate the help.

Based on the line:
"! ERROR- IM1103 The terminate record is invalid for IGES file,"
I'd guess the iges file is invalid. Did you have to download the file? Perhaps something got corrupted in the transmission.

Thanks @cowski for the response. I did have to download it, I downloaded it again thinking that could have been the issue. I can now start the igs import into UG now but in between the "Status 50%" etc etc lines there is a line in the command prompt that reads

"Sheet body geometry problem. Error code 13805"

It's still importing, will keep everyone updated on the result.
