Catia asks to create new part, instead of changing interface

Hi guys, first let me thank you, because this forum helped me many times, but now I couln't find solution for my problem so I've registered.

I have Catia V5R20 and today it started to act strangely, when I want to change interface (for example) from part design to Generative shape design, New part window appears.
I've tried reinstalling it, installing other versions, deleting settings folder, but without help.

I'm really desperate, please help.

The interface or the workbench which you are telling CATIA to change, you are already in the same interface. For example, if you are telling CATIA to change it to Part design wb then you are already in the same wb if you are getting this message.

I've deleted options folder, is there another way to reset options?

NO! I said that problem occurs when I'm trying to change workbench, for example from part design to Generative shape design.
