I am trying to Fillet a 1 inch diameter piece with a shaft attached to it with a diameter of .875... the fillet needs to be .125, and i can't seem to get it to cooperate.... both these pieces are solids and are being filleted in the degenerative surfaces workbench

TIA

I don't think you can you fillet solids in GSD. I think you have to extract the faces as surfaces, fillet, then go back into Part Design and 'Close Surface' to get a solid with the fillet.

If you already have solids, and it's a very straight forward fillet, just do it in Part Design. You should be able to fillet it there with no problems. If you do have problems, make sure both solids in the same body.

In the Fillet definition window, click on More and select the edge on the 1" dia. piece as a reference for Edges to Keep.
