Catia v6 - changing user password, how?

I installed sucessfully catia V6 server and client, was able to log in to enovia portal with the ADMIN account and create a user, a project and activate the licenses for it, everything works fine EXCEPT that i can't set the user password... The only thing i can do is RESET the user password, i can't SET so i don't KNOW the passoword and can't log in. After reset what happens?
I am guessing that an email to the user is sent after i click RESET PASSWORD as admin but i don't see any email in my mailbox neither i configured any email server... should i ?

This is really not my cup of thee but I believe that default the password is the user name... then the user can change password by accessing enovia through the webinterface.
