CATIA vba : Translation function

I am trying to translate Drawing Text, Lines and curves in Drafting by using vba. But I am unable to find translation function. Can someone give hint on how to do this.

in order to move text, you need to move text position, to move lines/curve, you need to move the points that support the line/curve.
