Catia with cache system

Hi,

I have got a problem with Catia when I open a product with “cache system”.
When the product is open, Catia display an incident report with this follow message “Avertissement – test session” with a list of part Catia doesn’t read with the link to my “cache file”. I have to active all the faulty part to display these on catia.
When I open the “cache file”, all CGR to the faulty part are created but they weighed 0 ko.
I deleted “cache file”, CATTemp but problem is always here.

How did you "clean" the cache ? From catia-tools-options..... ? Did you also delete your catsettings ? Maybe they are corrupted....

do you have problem with one file or all file do give you the same error message?

In the begining I think it was the CATsetting so I deleted them.
For the cache, I look where the file is with "Catia-tools-option" and I delete it.
I have got the same problem with all product.
