Hi There:
I am working on an anti-blast building HVAC design, in which more restriction of building opening was specified from Structural and Architectural, they expect central air-conditioning system shall be applied in this building instead of individual air-conditioning.
Since such change will take extra cost that more than Client’s estimation, can anybody advise whether this recommended change is what code required? In which code I can find such regulation, thank in advance.
