changing countersink defaults

at this company all the flat head fasteners are 100 degrees. Inventor's default for countersinks are 82 degrees which means that i have to change the value for each set of holes. If it gets missed the machine shop will produce the wrong countersink and we then will have to re-work the parts.
Can the default value be changed and saved as a "template"? or how can this be permanently changed to the new value.
