Changing The ôPropertiesö Pop-Up Menu Size

Using Catia V5R19;

Is there any way that the “Properties” Pop-Up Menu size can be changed and hold that changed size?

I’m constantly resizing to maximize the window not to have to scroll from one tab to another.
