Good Morning.
I want to design a CIP system and I'm searching concentration and temperature values for alkali and acidic detergents. The CIP system would be used to clean an instalation where baby food is made so I suppose that the soil would be organic-type. I found some values for alkali detergent:
·From 0,2% to 2% and a temperature lower than 80 ºC.
Would this values be ok?. What would be the values for acidic detergent.
