I have seen on internet information regarding the wheel clamps. How much do they cost?
What are the points to be looked to ensure their quality and reliability?
Do they create any marks on the wheels after the clamps are removed?
Who are the reputed manufacturers of these clamps?
Do we have clamps for off-highway equipments like back-hoes or wheel loaders?
Thanks

Given that they are mostly for parking violations, it's highly unlikely that there would be an equivalent for non-automobiles, considering that they have to be carried within a normal traffic control vehicle like a police car or tow truck.

Thanks for the feedback?!
I consider myself dumb enough to understand your elaborate reply for two simple questions.
I did not refer to off-high way at least in my second post mainly to avoid repeating "same question in the same words"

How much an automotive typical car wheel clamp would cost?
Which make is preferred one?

I just bought one for my trailer - stolen a year ago and about to be returned, found at a drug house bust. There are a dozen or so makes, mostly light weight. Go to youtube and search, and see some being defeated. I bought the best I could find, a Brahma. $250 shipped to the U.S., most expensive one out there that I found. It is very heavy, about 40+ pounds - heavy steel = harder to cut off with a battery powered grinding wheel.
