Dear All,

I don't think that my request is against the rules of these forums (as this is not promoting nor selling) but if this is the case, I am really sorry.

I am looking for a centrifugal pump, to be mounted on a ship, with the following particulars:

- Capacity: 25m3/h
- Head: 43 meters
- Media: Seawater at 20°C
- Self-priming

The pump shall be powered via a pulley/belt system from an auxiliary engine next to it. The clutch shall be electro-magnetic. The engine is turning at 1200rpm with a 300mm pulley (this means that a pulley of 180mm on the pump will mean a pump rpm of 2000rpm, etc.)

The pump and the clutch system shall have a Bureau Veritas certificate or equivalent type approval from a marine classification society.

I am looking for a supplier that can provide both the pump and the clutch.

I have already contacted Forani, KSB and Desmi but would like to open the supplier choice. Any good idea is the welcome...

Thanks by advance, Vincent
